SENIOR LEADERSHIP

Mark J. Rosinsky

Chief Executive Officer

Mark J. Rosinsky is also CEO of US Lodging Investors, a boutique investment firm with a focus on hotels. A graduate of Cornell University, Mr. Rosinsky earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration. After working with Stephen Rushmore, Sr. at Helmsley Spear Hospitality Services, Mark became an officer at Chase Manhattan Bank, appraising in all sectors of real estate, including hotels. Subsequently, Mark re-joined Rushmore at HVS International as one of its founding members. During his eleven-year tenure at HVS, he performed numerous appraisal and consulting assignments throughout the United States and abroad. Mark then transitioned his focus to hotel acquisitions at HEI Hotels and Resorts, being instrumental in rapidly growing the company from 4 to 22 properties, until its acquisition by Starwood Lodging Trust.

In 1997 Mark partnered with Murray Dow to co-found The Dow Hotel Company. As Senior Vice President – Hotel Investments, he led all the firm’s property acquisition efforts as well as procuring numerous third-party management contracts. Total assets secured by him exceeds $400 million. Mark is also actively co developing a 5-star spa resort hotel in Israel. Expected to open in 2025, the property will feature 155 oceanfront rooms and be operated by Dan Hotels.

Lawrence Margolis

Managing Director

Lawrence Margolis is a Managing Director and is involved in the oversight over the entire lifecycle of READE Hotel Management’s investments, including acquisitions, operations, the execution of business plans, asset management, and dispositions.

Lawrence Margolis’ career has solely focused on real estate and finance. At Franklin BSP Realty Trust (NYSE: FBRT, "FBRT"), Mr. Margolis was involved in the origination and underwriting of real estate transactions (over $1B) significantly dealing with hotels. Prior to FBRT, Mr. Margolis worked at Cushman & Wakefield in their Hospitality and Valuation Department where he advised and authored appraisals for hotels throughout the New York Tri-State area. Prior to his last position in Cushman & Wakefield’s Hospitality & Valuation Department, Mr. Margolis was a rotational associate in their first ever PREP Program at Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked in a variety of roles across the firm’s office leasing, investment sales as well as equity, debt and structured finance divisions. Mr. Margolis earned his B.S in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Miami.

Steve Falciani

Chief Operating Officer

Steve Falciani has leveraged three decades of operations management, revenue management, and sales and marketing expertise in the hospitality industry as Vice President of Operations at the Dow Hotel Company. He is responsible for READE Hotel Management operations, driving performance and partner relations. Steve has a proven track record of advancing the company and its properties during his tenure with the Dow Hotel Company.

Steve held various operations and sales and marketing positions with IHG hotels & resorts including Senior VP of Operations with QSL. His general management experience includes the Marriott Garden Grove, CA the Hilton, Marco Island, FL, the Doubletree Hotel Chicago-O’Hare/Rosemont and other high profile properties.

Hailing originally from Philadelphia P.A., Steve holds a B.S. in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Widener, PA. He has sat on various boards including the CVB of Anaheim, CA and YMCA of Marco Island. He enjoys all types of aerobic exercise and grilling out for his family and friends.

Jennifer Shipman

Vice President of Sales, Marketing, & Revenue Management

Jenn Shipman is an accomplished Sales and Marketing Executive with over 20 years’ experience in the hotel and hospitality industry. She has a proven track record of building and leading high performing teams, developing and managing key relationships and aligning sales and marketing initiatives with business objectives. Jenn is an active participant of the Philadelphia Global Business Travel Association and several Philadelphia based marketing committees.

Prior to joining READE Hotel Management, Jenn most recently directed the sales and marketing operations for a full-service Hilton. Here she implemented both group and transient strategy, development and execution, top line revenue and customer acquisition. She was responsible for aggressively growing the hotel’s revenues providing strong year over year growth. Jenn was able to achieve these goals by setting high standards, hiring top performers, mentoring, and celebrating successes. One of her major accomplishments was being a member of the project team who planned and executed a multimillion-dollar property renovation and contributed to the property design, culture, and re-branding. Driven by a passion for sales, marketing and people, she is responsible for maximizing revenues, increasing market share and assisting with implementing initiatives aligning with revenue and service goals.

Jenn loves giving back to the community and is highly involved in organizations such as Laurel House Domestic Violence Shelter, Cradles to Crayons and Philadelphia PowerPlay. During her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family and Belgian Malinois.
